It filters what you see by your country and region first, then national, regional and global programs, so you don't waste time on funding you can't apply for. It also surfaces the single strongest match as your Best Opportunity™.

Best Opportunity™ is the one program our scoring ranks highest against your profile at this moment. It exists so you always have an obvious next action instead of scanning a long list. It updates as your profile changes and as new programs enter the database.

The Confidence™ Score rates how trustworthy the information we hold about an opportunity is — how recently it was verified, how complete the program details are, and how directly it came from an official source. A higher score means you can act on it with less double-checking, but you should still confirm details on the program's own website.
Where to find it: On every opportunity card, in Radar and Matches.
AI Funding Match™ runs your business profile against every program in the database and returns a ranked list with a fit score, an eligibility status and a short rationale for each. It saves you from reading hundreds of program pages to work out which ones apply to you. Re-run it whenever your profile or funding goals change.

Funding Intake is the structured questionnaire capturing your business type, location, size, sector and funding goals. It is the input for matching, scoring and AutoApply™ — the more accurate it is, the better every other feature performs. You can revise it at any time.

Preparing and writing what you submit.
The Funding Readiness Score™ summarises how prepared you are to submit competitive applications, based on your profile completeness, documentation and financial detail. It tells you what to fix before you apply rather than after you're rejected. It refreshes as you complete your profile and Passport.

The Opportunity Passport™ stores the business, organization, financial, project and goal details that funding applications ask for over and over. You complete it once and every future application draws on it, so you're not re-typing the same answers. A higher completion percentage directly improves the quality of AutoApply™ drafts.

AutoApply™ uses your Opportunity Passport™ and the requirements of a specific program to generate a tailored first draft of your application. It removes the blank-page problem and gets you to a reviewable document in minutes instead of days. Drafts are yours to edit — always review before submitting.

The Document Vault™ is private storage for the files funders request repeatedly — registrations, financial statements, incorporation papers, pitch materials. Keeping them in one place means you can attach them to an application without hunting through email. Only you can access your vault.

Staying on top of deadlines and progress.
The Deadline Command Center collects every deadline you've chosen to track into a single dated view with status. Missed deadlines are the most common reason good applications never get submitted, and this is the guard against that. You can add deadlines directly from any match.

Funding Alerts is where you set which changes matter to you — new matching opportunities, approaching deadlines, changes to programs you're tracking — and how frequently you hear about them. It keeps you informed without turning the platform into another inbox to manage.

Analytics shows how your funding pipeline is actually performing — how many applications are at each stage, and how much of the opportunity database is relevant to where you operate. It turns activity into evidence you can act on or share with your board. It updates automatically as you use the platform.

The Budget Tracker is a simple ledger for money you spend while pursuing or delivering funding — consultant fees, filing costs, travel, materials. Each entry records a category, date, amount and optional note, can be linked to one of your applications, and can carry a scanned receipt stored privately in your account. When you need to report, you pick a date range and export a printable summary grouped by category with itemised lines and receipt references, which you can save as a PDF from your browser's print dialog.

Keeping value flowing week after week.
Potential Value™ adds up the funding available across the opportunities you currently qualify for. It's a rough ceiling, not a promise — but it shows at a glance whether the pipeline in front of you is worth the effort. It moves as new programs are found and as your profile sharpens.

The Weekly Opportunity Digest™ compiles the new matches, deadline movements and program changes from the past week into one summary. It means you stay current without logging in daily. It is generated on a weekly schedule from your own matching results.

MAVORAIQ Pro™ is the paid subscription that lifts the free-tier caps — unlimited matching, the full Radar feed, Passport, AutoApply™ and the Document Vault™. The free tier is designed to show you what exists; Pro is for actually working the pipeline. You can manage or cancel it any time from the billing portal.
