1. Where We Use AI
MAVORAIQ uses AI/machine learning in two distinct ways:
- Building our opportunity database: our Funding Intelligence Engine™ uses AI-assisted research, cross-referenced against verified, industry-compliant sources, refreshed on a daily basis, to identify and catalog grant, tax credit, loan, and incentive programs.
- Serving your matches and content: Funding Score™ and eligibility scoring, AI Funding Match™ (opportunity matching), AI Grant Writer™ (draft generation), AutoApply™ (application drafting), Win Probability Engine™, and AI Opportunity Agent™ (proactive opportunity monitoring) all use AI to generate results personalized to your submitted profile.
2. What This Means for You
- AI-generated eligibility scores and matches are estimates based on the information you provide and publicly available program data — they are not a guarantee of eligibility or approval.
- AI-generated application drafts (AI Grant Writer™, AutoApply™) are starting points for you to review, edit, and verify — not final, submission-ready documents, and not legal, financial, or tax advice.
- We do not make any final funding decision about you — those decisions belong entirely to the third-party program or funder.
3. Human Review
No automated decision made by MAVORAIQ produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you without the opportunity for human review — you always review and choose whether to submit any AI-assisted content. Where you request it, you may ask us to explain the basis of an eligibility score.
4. Data Used
Your submitted business/profile data (Opportunity Passport™ information) is used only to generate your own matches, scores, and application drafts. We do not use your data to train or fine-tune our underlying AI models. Our AI systems that power the underlying opportunity database are trained on and continuously refined using verified, publicly available research data — not on individual subscribers' submitted profile information.
5. Accuracy and Limitations
AI systems can make mistakes, including inaccurate matches or outdated program information. Always verify eligibility criteria and deadlines on the program's official source before applying — every opportunity in MAVORAIQ links to its official source for this reason.
